Gem, Mineral and Fossil Show

An awesome September show! But aren't they all? Tons of regular customers as well as a lot of new faces joined us for the 36th M.A.G.M.A. gem show. It amazes me how many of these we have completed, and they get better every time. We also welcomed several new vendors as well. Everyone had a great time.
The educational display for this show was a selection of the gems and minerals that were collected by a founding member of the M.A.G.M.A. club, John Deney. John was a lifelong rockhound and had an amazing life. He collected across the country and had a vast collection. This is a small portion of his treasures!

All proceeds from book, DVD and M.A.G.M.A. merchandise goes to medical bills for feral cats and other wildlife I care for at my property.
Super cool piece of Deschutes petrified wood from the Conybear collection. This piece will be at Graves Mountain next week.
